🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Esport Elite

Esport Elite is a skill-based esports gaming platform operated by MNR Esports. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for tournament entry fees, in-app purchases, and other digital services on the Esport Elite app and website.

1. Introduction

By using Esport Elite and making any payment on the platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. No-Refund Policy (Standard Rule)

Payments made on Esport Elite for tournament entry fees, in-app purchases (such as coins or passes), and digital services are generally final and non-refundable.

Once a payment is successfully completed, the transaction cannot ordinarily be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

ℹ️ For purchases made via Google Play In-App Billing, any refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and applicable time limits.

3. Exceptions (When Refunds or Credits May Be Considered)

Refunds or credits may be considered only in the following circumstances, subject to verification by Esport Elite:

Payment was deducted, but the tournament entry or in-app item was not credited to the user’s account.
The transaction failed due to a technical error on Esport Elite’s systems.
An unauthorized transaction, subject to verification and investigation.

Users must contact Esport Elite Support within 48 hours of the transaction and provide valid proof (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.). Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

4. Third-Party Payment Providers

Esport Elite uses third-party payment providers (including Google Play, UPI, cards, and wallets) to process payments.

Esport Elite is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment providers. Where applicable and approved, refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective payment provider and may take 5–10 business days (or as per the provider’s timelines) to reflect in the user’s account.

5. Tournament Cancellation by Esport Elite

If a tournament is cancelled by Esport Elite due to technical issues, insufficient participants, or operational reasons, the entry fee will be credited back to the user’s Esport Elite wallet within a reasonable timeframe.

Wallet credits can be used for future eligible tournaments or in-app services and are non-transferable and not refundable to the original payment method, except where required by law or by the applicable payment provider’s policies.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

They meet the eligibility criteria (18+ years)
They comply with local laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction
They understand the tournament rules and prize distribution before making any payment

Esport Elite does not guarantee any winnings or prizes, and participation is at the user’s own risk.
