📜 Terms & Conditions – Esport Elite

Esport Elite is a skill-based esports gaming platform operated by MNR Esports (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Esport Elite mobile application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Esport Elite for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code, or create derivative works of the app or its content. All intellectual property rights related to Esport Elite are owned by MNR Esports and/or its licensors.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Esport Elite.
• You are responsible for ensuring that participation in skill-based gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Access to the Service may be restricted in certain regions in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Skill-Based Gaming Disclaimer

Esport Elite is a skill-based esports platform. All games and tournaments require skill, strategy, and decision-making. Esport Elite does not promote gambling and does not guarantee any winnings, prizes, or outcomes.

4. Tournaments, Entry Fees & Prizes

• Certain tournaments may require entry fees, payable via in-app purchases or wallet balance.
• Tournament rules, entry fees, prize pools, formats, and schedules will be displayed prior to participation.
• Esport Elite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel tournaments due to technical, operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
• Prize distribution may be subject to identity verification, KYC, and anti-fraud checks.

5. Payments, Wallet & Refunds

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (including Google Play In-App Billing and other supported gateways).
• Esport Elite does not store sensitive payment information.
• All transactions are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• In-app currency or wallet balances have no cash value unless expressly stated and may be subject to usage limits, expiry, or conditions as described within the Service.
• Withdrawals (where applicable) may be subject to verification, PAN/KYC requirements, and applicable taxes or deductions.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, emulators, VPNs, or unauthorized software;
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

Esport Elite reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts, forfeit rewards, and take appropriate action for any violations or unfair practices.

7. Third-Party Services

Esport Elite integrates third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and advertising partners. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Internet & Device Responsibility

Certain features require an active internet connection. Esport Elite is not responsible for service disruptions caused by network issues, data charges, roaming fees, device limitations, or factors outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esport Elite and MNR Esports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of data, virtual items, or potential winnings arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Service, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory reasons. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
